The Amunation makes more more overall since people rather buy weapons/vests than anything from the 24/7 really. It also depends on what location the business was placed. The busier the area, the more the business makes.

Which one do you buy more from the most? Pretty sure Ammu-nation. But, since there is a spark in the ammu-nation stores you might not get much business depending on the location. Also people don't really use 24/7's as much as you think they should, I would recommend that you buy a Clothing store if you are buying a store. Since most of the clothing stores got them killer as entry fee's and people use clothing stores on the regular. :P Make a fair entry fee + good location = Hella business :D

Well, first of all it's depends on your location of the business. Second is depends on your enter fee also.
Actually I recommend Ammunation because a lot of people need weapons for Points/IC wars and vests. Of course that people need cellphones and all 24/7's shit, but cellphone will gone if someone will /take it only (or new player). Again, I do recommend Ammunation because you will earn a lot of cash, but it's depends on your location only.
