Try to find a winrar download and drag it from Models but I can give you a gta download which I uploaded to dropbox for my self whole clean gta in winrar if you want.

Lol then just download the file i posted up there and copy it inside the model folder, And no, its not modded. Its the default gta3.img

If you mean a cracked version of the game, then I don't think we're allowed to give you it. You can, however, search Google for it yourself. Or you know, buy it. The GTA3.img file you may need can easily be searched for on Google and the link above works.
