Problem

Okay, So I installed a few skin mods and played for about an hour and the game worked fine, then I installed a few vehicle mods and now suddenly when I log into SAMP, I cannot see the map, all I see is players, vehicles and some other objects before crashing. Any suggestions?

You should uninstall the game and re-install it. I think those mods fucked your game up.

Replace your gta3.img with a backup copy(if you have one), otherwise reinstall the game. Those are the two easy ways to uninstall your mods.
