Can't join

My Problem: I can't join the Server. I see the Log-In Screen with the Beach in the background but in the left upper corner it says "Can't connect [...]. Retrying."
Again and again. My name in the Client-Settings is Luca_Calejon. So it's a Roleplay-Name. And I used the address samp.gta-sarp.com:4500. With the Client I also can see how many players are on the server and what the ping is. So I got the right address.
But why can't I join?

Please help me :) I can join the TS if needed.

Hellow, Welcome to SARP, i don't know much about your problem but, do you use SAMP E or B or C? Becuse you need SAMP 3.X to join the server, i hope i helped lol

Check if you got 0.3x. If you don't have, then download & install. If you do have, then you have to reinstall your GTA SA + SAMP and after check again, maybe you installed something wrong. Also try Youtube and Google if this problem still on your game.
