i've noticed that a lot of admins have some posts in spam or trash can, they all have Deleted posts and the title is Deleted or ..., or stuff like that. is that the process of becoming an admin?

It might be secret content, i.e admin application, or from times with other community positions (i.e helper) with threads with secret info that should not be leaked.

Some admins deal with certain threads, for example, they will move useless threads to the spam section.
Otherwise, the posts that you cannot see, which they have liked or posted/thanked on; you will not get to see the hidden information.
That's obviously not the process of becoming an admin, although you could consider it as a role for what admins do on forums.

Others ones are things from faction areas who move any crap they don't need to the trash can. But delete all the posts so nobody can see what's been going on.
