On a special note; there's a bug with every Holster mod, when you change your skin in a clothes store, your SA-MP crashes becauses it's made to render out the weapons on your skin and SA-MP doesn't completely support it.. So I'd rather not use it..

Where should i put these files?

Drop them directly into your GTA SA root folder (where gta_sa.exe is located) and you need an ASI loader (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=8321) (but if you have cleo installed you already have an asi loader). You most likely won't be able to /buy skins anymore without crashing once you install it.
