Every public faction has re-instatement, although it depends what is the procedure they follow for re-instatement .You can check in their section and go through their process .

LSFMD - I would talk to the Chief about reinstating as well.

Well they say you 'reinstate' into the FBI by doing the same application as everyone else. You just used to add 'Reinstatement Application' as the title.
