From this morning i can't connect anymore on sarp, i just don know why...
I dont even know what should i do more, i tried reinstalling the samp, restarting internet connection, restarting PC, diasble firewall, disable antivirus, nothing worked.

Check my ban appeal, you are from Romania too, it happens often. Sometimes the Romanian ISP is blocked.

Paco appears to be right as to your reasoning for not being able to connect. You could try to get a VPN or a proxy to connect, but a lot of them are banned more than likely so that's not necessarily the best solution.
