Why can't I set up 2 years vet in usergroups?

Post a forum related request or contact a forum admin, I guess. They probably have to add you into that usergroup.

You might be experiencing some type of bug, or you haven't met the actual day you've first joined.
Example;
If you joined at January 23, 2012, you can only set it if the time is January 23, 2014.

If it's not that, post a Forum Related Request for an admin to set it.

It's probably a bug, post a forum related request and request the admins to add it to your usergroups.
