Problem When i try to join

Ok, My friend its new on server, So he never play, and when he try to join to the server, says all the times, Retryving Info....
-He have Client 0.3x
-He test all his computer.

And, he wants to play in the server, HELP HIM PLEASE!

Does he have the correct server information? If so, then I'd try the following things:
1. Tell him to restart his computer.
2. Tell him to get a new IP (change his current IP).

Maybe it's his ISP. What ISP does he have?

Ask your friend if any of the other servers listed on his SA-MP is doing the same thing.

Maybe, he is range banned or his ISP is blocked. Also, is he getting the same response to other servers or just SA-RP?

His IP is probably banned or, you're trying to ban evade and blaming it on your friend, that's my toughts.

What are you talking About Mr.Helper ?
He don't need to change his IP Address, he just have to get the right information, the right IP Address which is posted on this forum, and have to use [0.3x].Then he have to restart his Computer and Refresh it.

If his problem is only with SARP:

If you are from Romania and you ISP is RCS-RDS then that's why it is not working. Use a vpn or another ISP.
Otherwise try a ban appeal: http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/misc.php?do=form&fid=6

If he can not connect to any SA-MP server:
Another option would be to try and reinstall SA-MP client, but it is not very likely to fix it.
Make sure the firewall is not blocking SA-MP.

Try using a VPN. There are some very good free ones that can be found through Google.com

Check firewall settings. Quite possible that the firewall is blocking the SA-MP client from connecting to the internet.
