Hey i'm just wondering why there seems to be no workers for ems since i wanted to apply. I also cant find where to apply

The faction, Los Santos Fire Medical Department, is kind of inactive due to major interests in Law Agencies and families/gangs. If you wish, you can get it active yourself by reaching the requirements, and having a level of three, then you must apply.
