How to install weapon sounds mod.

Can someone explain or show me how to install weapon mods? i know the way with Audio stuff/pack, but no, when i download them, there is a Orange video instead of the file, when you click on it, you can hear the sound mod for like a half second, how to install 'em? thanks.

You don't get it bro, all weapon mods don't look like the one you have, they're videos, you have to install them somehow
