But:
Can you explain this? "Removed "totaled" for vehicles." and how are players going to be able to run while cuffed? How is /detain gonna work now? /drag ?

Also gov having tazers and cuffs is retarded, sorry I can see this being abused a lot.

Means your car will not be "Totaled" anymore it will just explode when it reaches 0 HP like when it is flipped (I think)

It will light on fire and blow up I think, just like in SP

Other Note: Yeah update is really good No lie even the Prison on ma Gad thats my favorite part, and so much more, Can't wait for a final Release date. :D

That sounds unrealistic. The "totaled" feature was added for a reason. What's the point of doing /service mechanic then?
