You should've given more info on a lot of things. Players are wondering how this is all gonna work out. FBI closes biz's? Players can run while cuffed? You already told us what you're adding so give more details...
The business-closing thing by the FBI is going to be so abused. Plus, that's an IC matter anyway so I don't know why a new script is getting implemented on it.
Hopefully this mining system doesn't attract too much attention to destroy roleplay in other aspects. Not too interested in the NPC bots as they cannot be killed and such, if they drive vehicles they also cannot be put off track. Hopefully this new DOC base doesn't cause players to fall below either. A part from those things, looking like an awesome update with some roleplay solid features.

NPC's don't drive. If you /handsup then are cuffed you can walk around/run. If you're tazed then cuffed, you're stuck on the ground and can't move. Closing businesses down doesn't mean that they actually lose the business, it's just locked. It's gonna be used in conjunction with the court system to prevent abuse. Removing totaled means that they'll blow up again. Detain is the same. The tazers and cuffs for Senate are for the security, if everyone disagrees with it we can remove it, once again this list isn't final. I'm not sure if Smo wants to keep the "1 hit kill" thing for harvesters. He didn't add the script to all of them, just a single vehicle id which he spawns. I don't want to say any specific dates for release because I don't have control over that (don't have access to servers), but it will be coming soon.

Also, if a suspect is tazed then still allow them to walk/run around but only 5 minutes from the point they were tazed. This'll prevent cops tazing people even with their hands up just so the script doesn't allow them to move.
I really do have to agree with this. Also I think the "total" system is fine, but maybe make a small adjustment. Currently, 350 hp on the car = total. Before it used to be 250 hp = exploed. I think making the cars totaled at 275 hp is a much better compromise.Originally Posted by Josip

Wtf don't remove totalled. This will only remove an RP factor of the server. You already made it so mechanics can't even fix wheels so atleast let the cars fucking total.
