Depends on which mod you have. Some require you to directly edit your gta sa files and others are just an .exe that does it for you. Do you have a link to the mod?

    1. Download CLEO: HERE
    2. Direct it to your GTA SA root folder. Default: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas
    3. Then download the ELM v9: HERE
    4. Open the ELM exe file and select your language, it should automatically select your GTA SA root folder. If it isn't then direct to it. The ELM should be installed.

    • If it says that you need to manually replace the file: text/american.gxt. Then go to bin/text , in the .ZIP file you downloaded.

    • Then go to your GTA SA CLEO FOLDER: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\CLEO

    • Click the text folder and drag and drop the american.gxt from the .ZIP and replace it with the one already in your CLEO "text" folder.

    Good luck.
