Custom User Title - If you donate for a custom usertitle, you may only be allowed ONE PER DONATION.

Also if you're rank three in ANY faction, you can request the title but you have to donate for it before.

Im asking if i make a custom one, such as including a picture. Ill have to resize it so i want to know what i can work with. [pixel wise]

You can't have that image within your usertitle.. Resize it so the maximum is around 180px width, 60px height.
