Permanently Delete Threads

Hello,

So I was going through the SANews section and I was wondering if I could physically remove a thread forever. Instead it just has a soft delete and only moderators (I think) can see that it's been deleted.

Is there a way to just delete it permanently with nothing left at all?

I believe you need forum administrator/moderator powers to permanently delete a thread. Otherwise, you'll have to soft delete it, or move it to the Garbage section/

best way is to just move all the threads you don't want to the trash section

No one can permanently delete threads. Only Forum Moderators (if they narked the permissions they can) can do that.

Forum Moderators and Section Moderatord has different power. The easiest way to delete something is by renaming title and changing the post into somethings to mark that it's deleted, then you move it into trash.

Can't permanently delete threads unless you're forums admin.
