You need to fix the crack GTA_sa.exe, ones you find it replaces it with the old one and it should work.

GTA San Andreas has no problem. You already replaced it with a fresh one. It might be your PC. Or, Try re-installing it on a different place. Like, you installed it on C: Driver before then re-install it on Desktop, such things like that.
