I also just realised how your gta_sa.exe is 8.508KB, they are usually/supposed to be 14KB. That could be why.

How much vorbis files do you have? Usually you have three so make sure you have all three of them.

Download any sort of ENB and take the three vorbis files and drag them into your directory.

That's false. Only two are required. Vorbishooked.dll is for mods that require ScriptHook plugin.

Download and install all versions of Virtual C++(vcredist) and also scan your register data with any register fixer software.

download revo uninstaller free

use it to remove gta san andreas (make sure to click on advanced removal when uninstalling because it clears your registry too)

once removed, delete gta sa user files from your documents, then check program files and program files x86 and delete gta sa folders if there are any left (they're usually in Rockstar Games folder)

once done, empty recycle bin and restart computer.

Once pc booted up, install gta sa using your disc as normal. once completed, run the GTA SA downgrade 1.0 patch (to downgrade your game ofc). Once you've done this, install latest samp version.

it should work after you've done a complete reinstall, there's absolutely no reason why it shouldn't.

PS: just in case you might be, don't simply highlight your gta sa files and delete them, it corrupts your registry which makes your hard drive think you have GTA SA installed, and it even lets you install it again, so essentially you end up duplicating your files and corrupting them. Make sure you actually uninstall everything using revo uninstaller

pps: uninstall cleo if you're using that too

I did all this and it just takes me out then says it crashed

I downloaded the latest one on samp forums and I did downgrade it
