I just downloaded skin mod but how do I put them in GTA or SAMP? I just need to put them in GTA map? And how to use it IG

If you downloaded a skin mod/weapon mod you need Spark or any other IMG tool. So download(http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=1503) and open up your IMG tool. Then go to the direction where you have installed GTA SA. Once you're there open up models and then gta3.img. After that you can take the img files from the .rar file and just drag them on top of Spark. Hit "save" afterwards(it's a disk icon upwards). And you're done.

I found the skin and downloaded it AND skins selector, but skin selector doesnt works?

Hey I'm back. I'll edit this reply with the whole tutorial. Firstly I would ask you to send the link of what skin mod you want to add here. Nvm you PM'ed me the skin way earlier.
Open the spoiler for the whole tutorial.

1.Download Spark here(http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=1503)
I even made a gif for you.
Click on the "Download Now" button and then click "Download once again.

2.Once you download Spark, right click on it and then "extract to Spark" in order to do this you either need RAR or that 7zip thingy. If you don't have RAR or 7zip you can check out tutorials for that. Just google it bro.

3.Once you extract it open the folder and click on 'Spark.exe'(or just 'Spark'). After you run it just click on File>Open>navigate to your GTA SA installation. Once you're there click on 'models' and then double click 'gta3.img'.

4. Once you've done that it's pretty easy now. Just right click the .rar with the skin that you downloaded and just 'extract to Ryan Venutti. You will notice a new folder named 'Ryan Venutti'. Open it and there will be two .img files named 'swmyri.dff' and 'swmyri.txd'. Select those two then drag and drop them on Spark.
And another one.
Click "save" afterwards, close the program and then you can freely start samp/GTA SA.

Don't use auto installers because they're usual virus-riddled and don't use an IMG tool. Get THIS. It's so much more efficient & simple. You need ASI loader for it, however. I recommend Silent's ASI loader or just get CLEO. Once you've extracted the files to your main directory, make a new folder inside the modloader one and extract the modifications into the new folder. You can disable/enable modifications ingame by hitting escape > options > mod configuration. You can also install mods without restarting your game, simply drag the mods into a folder inside of your modloader folder.

Bruh, I made new map inside ModLoader then I dropped my mod into it and still I dont see it in IG

Open GTA3.img via Alci's IMG editor ( for example ), then press "open" and open the GTA3.img and then "import" the .dff and .txd to your GTA3.img and then just press "save" and close the program. Done

lol. I did exatcly what you all said. I just installed Spark and openend it and choose GTA3.img and then put mod in there. Then saved it.

Skin selector isn't made for SA:MP, it's made for GTA Single Player.

Send me a screenshot of the folder contents you downloaded.

Firstly, download Mod loader.
Drag the items from the ZIP file into the GTA SA ORIGINAL FOLDER.
Then click on the skins you want, if it has like Sexyskin.dff then you must rename the ''Sexyskin'' to a samp skin name. For example bmycr.dff you must do the same for the .txd.
Drag them into the mod loader and it should work.
