What's new?
- Roleplay commands excluding /me and /do will now be dispatched in a bubbled emote on top of a player's head instead of the local chat.
- If the action in /me is longer than 64 characters the action will be separated into two lines.
- Faction Leaders receive a message about the results after they use /giverank on their faction members.
- Fort Gas Station that can be used with /fill.
- SAN Members receive a message about the results after blacklisting or unblacklisting someone from advertisements.
- Players are notified by an SMS from SAN regarding their status with advertisements.
- Private paintball for cops.
- Internal optimizations with the group system.

- The paintball leader textdraw now updates itself automatically without the requirement of the reserved paintball leader to execute somebody in paintball.

- Players can no longer abuse /h(angup), they must be on a call or be called to use the command now.

- Placed Imperium into Groups but disabled for use.
- Passengers can only drive by with Colt 45's, MP5's, UZI's, TEC-9's, M4's and AK47's.
- Masked players who are kicked off from their group or faction will automatically have their mask off.
- Passengers on bikes can not drive by (Seen as a SA-MP bug unless you have substantial evidence to this claim).
- Anti-cheat which will prevent hackers from disturbing our lovely players.
- Armour and health can not be hacked anymore.
- Vehicles can not be spawned anymore.

- All dialogs are now based on an enumerator instead of a macro.

What's fixed?
- Majority of SA-MP bugs.
- Not everything will be listed; but you can stop drive bying without using /stopani and re-entering the vehicle, just press H or Caps Lock.
- Bug fix: Causes the server to restart every now on then due to a corrupt MySQL query.

- Bug fix: Exempts you from the /report timer.
- Bug fix: Allows LSPD and SAST members use /fbi.
- Bug fix: Allows you to use group commands while you are not in a group.
