If you mean removing that tag, then goto UserGroups > Scroll Down > Choose the upper one.

They are green and are called reputation bars, you have to gain them by users in forums, which you can by being nice to everyone around forums and be like-able.

Just gave you a reputation, click on it and you'll be redirected to the summary and details of whom you've been giving reputation lately and from whom you been receiving, with comments.
