Before I begin with the best ideas, I would like to say that I am sorry, I completely forgot about the thread due to work and other issues. But now the time has come for us to take action.
Below will be a list of ideas that are given by members of the Community. The winner will be receiving Gold VIP for a Month.

- Another sinkhole could be adding the RC Bandit as a remote control vehicle for players to buy in a newly mapped electronics store along with a TV that must be bought in order to /watchtv inside your property and other electronics such as the cellphone could be moved there. Anyways, back to the main point of the sinkhole. The RC Baron will not occupy a vehicle slot, instead it will be registered in the inventory. You can spawn it whilst you already have a vehicle spawned as well. If you use the RC Bandit, you will be holding a detonator in your hand as a attached object. If you drive too far out of range from where your character is, the RC Bandit will stop working. There will be upgrades available so you can upgrade your RC Bandit to have more range and increased battery life, both at expensive fee. Charging your battery and purchasing a battery itself costs a lot of money as well. People could use these RC vehicles on tracks to race on and bet money with eachother or even use it to spy on people, it has potential for usage in roleplay and it's a very original concept. I probably wrote this sinkhole idea way too confusing but I hope it's understandable where I'm going to and of course it can be improved/adjusted to a SARP friendly service. If this idea is considered, it should all be very expensive and if the RC Bandit gets totalled because someone shoots it or it gets damaged too much you should lose it completely and have to purchase a new one along with the upgrades again. The RC Bandit racing system where people bet could be completely scripted along with a service where you can rent the usage of a track at a server owned business which will also ensure that everyone pays their bet automatically if they lose.
- Introduce weapon skill.
We all know that everyone has maximum weapon skill in SARP with all weapons except with colts, tecs and other weapons that give you the advantage of wielding 2 instead of 1. What if we change this system so that you can actually use a shooting range after you've obtained a weapons license to improve your weapon skill and get better at shooting. Not only will this make people who have illegal firearms without a license weaker, but it will also make a weapon license be more demanded by players and we could introduce a system where players who get their weapon license application accepted, have to pay a fee to accept their weapon license which will vanish and RPly go to PD so their armory is stocked. This fee could be very high to drain money out of the game. Weapon licenses should also not be as easy to obtain as asking an officer to /gwl, the command should be more restricted to ensure it's not handed out to everyone that wants one if you want this to work out.
- Do not remove Emmet.
People are complaining that Emmet is too OP and needs to be removed, let me correct you.
Yes, Emmet's weapons are easy to obtain, but Emmet is a NPC. Any money he earns is sinked out of the game. He should however, only sell a Colt45 as other guns should be obtainable through real players. However, Emmet could have a very nice addition that will sink money from the game even if he only sells a Colt. In addition to the suggestion above, introduce a feature for him to improve your weapon skill on the shooting range seen in the singleplayer mission 'Nines and AKs' with bottles on trash bins at a expensive fee and it should be more time consuming than a regular shooting range as well.
I can think of so much more but honestly I don't want to write on and write on as it'll just become a hassle to even read and it'll be overlooked.

NOTE BEFORE YOU READ: All the following suggestions are selected to maintain as much realism as possible. This is the reason why I do not include things like overall scaling of the economy value as that's not the whole point. Money is just a number however, the way it is being used in SARP has no variety, no legitimate and important purpose. It is intended to be exchanged for goods & services yet SARP has variety of methods to acquire such goods & services thus rendering money less valuable.
To fix the economy is rather simple, yet will take a long time. People saying that an economy reset will fix it in no time aren't thinking properly. Although it can also be considered as a last resort but it wont be long until the economy gets beat up again after a reset.
Few suggestions include, but are not limited to:
- Induce more flow of in-game money. (e.g. remove dynamic cars and return the taxi job)
- Financial Capitals & Operating Costs (e.g. upgradeable businesses so that at a higher business level, higher profit & operating costs arrive, but upgrade prices should also vary.)
- Secured loans in which an asset will be offered as a collateral (this also helps to induce the flow of money in the economy)
- Remove anything that adds more money into the circulation, as more money is introduced, inflation gets worse.
- A hunger & thirst system along with a revamp of the sprunk-to-heal feature. We don't need those.
- Lowered bank interest rates and implementation of bank transaction costs (such that a percentage of the withdrawn/deposited money is taken as a transaction cost)
- Removal of the hourly payday (/signcheck). Realistically speaking, you don't earn shit without working, removing that system would motivate players to work AND ROLEPLAY which is also a win-win scenario.
- Revamp the current item prices, this includes: materials, skin changes, food, 24/7s, and dealerships to a reasonable cost.
- Disable Emmet & PaynSpray, the restoration of the vehicle damage system had already been a big leap to promote mechanic roleplay, in fact, we currently have a family dedicated to car roleplay. Emmet on the other hand just seizes the actual gun-dealer roleplay, rather than ICly looking for a source to purchase a weapon be it legal or illegal.
- Since it is already required to have a weapon license in order to purchase in an ammunation, might as well add the desert eagle into it

More could be added and I will if I recall them, to sum it all up, make money harder to obtain and restore its importance.
Apparently, money is being hoarded by players as they have nothing to spend on it.
Also, another thing that must be considered is strict implementation of the server rules, being too lenient also has an impact on the economy.

- Admins should avoid giving freebies and etc. (e.g. "Free Armor & HP for everyone!")
- Service costs. (e.g. payment for medical services, payment for attorney services, etc.)
- In connection to lowered bank interest rates, more banks (player-owned) that COULD be businesses, each new bank could offer a higher interest rate, lower transaction costs, etc.
- In addition to to the medical services, a health & disease system along with a medication system that should temporarily disable the effects of specific illnesses (e.g. A player catches flu, causing them to run slower, cause less damage, decrease accuracy, or maybe lose hit points.)
- I remember something about a Construction Company faction as IC mappers. No guarantee on this one though as for sure this will affect the gameplay experience especially in terms of lag and might get protested by most of the developers and maybe even Smo himself. (also falls under paid services)

- Forbid selling/trading any server items obtained through donations (e.g. cars, houses, businesses, etc.)
- Renewable insurance plans i.e. car, house, and health insurance (these can be referred to as "upgrades" and will expire similar to VIP statuses, re-purchasing them with in-game cash to avail of the feature)
THE FOLLOWING WILL RELATE TO THE AFOREMENTIONED SUGGESTION:
- Scripted burglaries to a player's house. (ability to take items from other players' houses)
- House insurance plans. (For a reasonable price, having purchased this feature, a player's house is exempted from robbing scriptwisely, this should/could be renewed/repurchased monthly)
- Rescripting of the player upgrade system. As a player progresses in level, instead of giving upgrade points (health/armor), it could be made that a player receives an item, be it a weapon, armor, tikis, etc.
- Health insurance plans. (could come in varying types, each offering different respawn health, and could possibly offer full HP everytime a player logs in. Still has to be monthly renewable)
MOST IMPORTANTLY
- AN OPEN-MINDED COMMUNITY THAT DOES NOT WHINE OR COMPLAIN WHEN SOMETHING IS ATTEMPTED, ADDED, OR IMPLEMENTED, INSTEAD THEY SHOULD LEARN TO COOPERATE, ADAPT, AND MAKE THE SYSTEM WORK.

- Active involvement and enthusiasm of the SERVER ADMINISTRATORS, DEVELOPMENT TEAM, and BETA TESTING TEAM. (e.g. frequent updates for new features and bug fixes to keep players motivated and enjoy their time in the server.)

Add road tax. Have sports car owners pay a lot more each paycheck!
For higher levels, make hospital treatments a lot more expensive! (Add life insurance option)
Stop increments in bank interest after a certain stage.
Generally make weapons more expensive. That way people won't buy full weapon sets and walk around like one man armies.
Generally decrease the amount people get paid per signcheck. $35,000 every hour is bad enough never mind your $100,000 interest bonus.
(to get to the low currency):
1. List all categories of ways you can spend your money and list all categories of income revenue
2. Make a list of the top 3 richest and legitimate players, as well as make an average of how much each player as.
3. Hire economists or good mathematicians (there are a few smart cunts on SARP who could do it) to translate the currency of these players to the new economy. (e.g. Cesar has $20,000,000. Realistically he would have about $20,000. Translation (New Sarp Dollar: Old Sarp Dollar), 1:1000) Then apply that to everybody's funds.
4. Replace all property and possessions at their new retail price.
I'm pretty sure Lloyd used to be an economist you could ask him. Personally I don't think this all matters all that much, everybody's used to the old money anyway and nobody really cares. I think the admin team should be prioritising the fact that there's not enough active admins to cover time zones when hackers attack the most.

Set the players cash on a ratio 1:100 and the prices 1:10, because this way, people will have actually to work to get something.
Remove Black market, the gift you get as vip and IC items from tiki store if not the whole tiki store.
Remove bodyguard job, because it is unrealistic to pull a vest from your ass and give it to someone. Restrict arms dealer to official families only.
No more selling blood, steal from your mom if you want to donate. Disallow the sale of donated vehicles and businesses, if not remove business donation as a whole.
Adding more legal jobs goes without saying.
Increasing the car slot limit, and setting property taxes.
The only reason the economy went to shit is because people donate for cars and other items then sell them for insanely high prices.
9.Spoiler!To fix the problem, you have to find the problem. By that I mean find out how people got so much cash. In my opinion, donations are a reason why people are flowing money around the server. I currently do not play, but I just paid $12,000,000(SARP money) for $4 in IRL cash. A while ago, that would've cost me $2,000,000. Ridiculous amount to pay, right? Therefore, "blood" should be completely removed. By this I mean people who donate get the thing they donated for, nobody else. This also means that if you donate for a business, you need to sell it ingame to get the money. This will not fix the econemy though, this will only keep it the way it was, not increasing it though.
The next thing to fix is the pay checks. Pay checks are currently retarded. I can get sometimes $70,000 if I'm lucky. To fix this, keep every single pay check the same. The only way to increase it is by doing your job. Speaking of jobs, fixing the jobs is not the way to improve the economy. Infact, it's making it worse. People are just transferring their money to someone else when a they have a job.
One which I am surprised hasn't been said. Faction payment. Currently, Factions get a retarded amount of cash. http://www.gta-sarp.com/forums/showt...-Handbook-V7-5 - Seriously go ahead and look at this. If you're the chief of FMD, you get $900,000!!!! That's fucking staggering amount for a faction which is probably classed as the worst on the server.
Tiki store
The tiki store is the worst thing ever. I had enough tikis to buy anything and honestly never wanted to buy anything from it, it was that shit. Just remove it, or change the things for OOC rewards/prizes only.
I suggest raising the price in narcotics, weapons, things such as fuel etc. This will help get money out of the server. It's like $2,000 for a gun, so this can also reduce DM in some ways.
Make everything more expensive. Have like the cheapest business be worth something like $70,000,000. No joke, do that. It'll only make it harder and less whiling to buy a business.
Anyone with a brain could figure out that jobs won't help the econemy. More jobs to be added won't help. There's no point in jobs, as nobody will do it. We all have too much money. What I'm saying is, there isn't actually a way to say how to fix it. It's just got a lot of things wrong with it. For example, having everything reset will lose players. But, it will fix the economy for a short period of time. After that, I can assure you the server will be back to its good old self. There's not really a way to fix it that will be like that for even 6 months or so. We just need to reduce how much money is going into the players pockets.
Spoiler!Few steps are required for an easy fix...
1. ESTABLISH ECONOMY PROBLEMS AND SOLVE THOSE:
- This means SIGNCHECKS SYSTEM is OUT! Not completely tho, we need newer and adjusted version that will give players 500$ PER LEVEL for each /signcheck. Money would still be generated, but less than now. (Scripting of this takes aprox 20 minutes)
- Money in tikistore and VIP gift system should also be removed.
- Admins should also AVOID ALL MONEY GIVEAWAYS!
2. AFTER SOLVING PROBLEMS: ECONOMY RESET (Partial)
- Devide money of all players by 10.. Which means...:
If you had 1.000.000, you will now have 100.000
If you had 10.000.000, you will now have 1.000.000
And so on...
After doing all those, admins should strongly enforce FINES along with prisons/warns/bans. To always try to get rid of some money within our economy.
All these steps are simple and take minimum amount of time to do and can fix problems for good.
P.S: You will ofcourse, adjust car prices after reset and fix, that's logical.
