I've a clean GTA SA/SAMP version installed yet my game keeps crashing every now and then. Sometimes it instantly crashes when logging in and keeps on crashing until teleported by an admin.

Anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it?

Google the exception, check if it helps. Play around with options, try setting visual fx to low, see if it helps.
Also are you by any chance using two monitors?
