Check discord, the server has moved to a new host, and still It's locked.

Try restarting the client or your router, if it doesn't works, just re-install the client and hopefully it'd help you.

Tried re-installing SAMP client, changing compatibility mode, still the same.

Fixed it. Just had to reinstall the whole game and restart the router.
