Whever you /parked it is where it will go if you /towcar.
Whever you logged out is where your car will be if you log out and come back on.

The car will stay at the same location it was when you logged off, it will only respawn if it explodes or if you /towcar.
The car will disappear 15 minutes after the owner logs off (uncertain about this, but I'm pretty sure I'm right.).
