So, before I donated for my restricted name ( Bolt )
Tia and Chris told me, that when its restricted N/C to it is free, but when it finally got restricted, Nelson fully refused to perform this action.
So could anyone tell me is what Tia and Chris told me, is true?

~Namechanging for married partners or restricted surnames are free so frankly what Tia and Chris told you is true,the conflict that happened may be if Nelson was busy or maybe he wasn't in good mood,just wait for another Administrator.
