This is the change-log of the revision #116.

• /address to show the house of another player via a checkpoint, must have address book from 24/7.
• Added a map icon for own player's house.
• Added a command for gang mods to put themselves in families, /setmyfamily.
• Attempted to fix a bug with /setname that deletes accounts and doesn't save the new account.
• Removed RPG's from an elite faction.
• Removed some test commands that were overlooked...
• Added /clearchat for level 3+ admins

• Fixed /cuff when having hands up.
• Fixed /handsup, others can now see your hands up.

• Disabled /take for LEO's if the player is not restrained.
• Disabled LSFMD to sell their weapons by /drop, /give or /trunk, just like LEO's.
• /removepaintjob added, but buggy.
• /aouninvite added, Admin Offline Uninvite from factions.
