HOw to get Unbanned?

My IP got banned, it was nearly 2 months ago, later i quit playing SARP, now i wanna rejoin. how can i get my old account back?
I got banned then because:
I took a car parked near GYM and went desert, but that car belonged to some Admins. He came and banned me. I did not even Jacked it, it was unlocked and left just like that near GYM. It was just a normal car, how would i know it belonged to a Admin?

Which forum description? i went through forum rules and Ban appeal rules. Nothing is mentioned there. Someone please give me a link to forum description. Sorry for being a noob.

He'll decide to Permenantly ban you / Temporialy ban / Unban. >>

Perm. Ban = means you're banned for ever and you'll never returen playing SARP or if you'll ask in few weeks he'll unban you.

Temp Ban = Means you're banned for few days, admin who banned you making this desicion.

Unbanned = meaning you're unbanned currently and you able to returen on SARP and play.
