So I saw that Sast is back (SASD now) and I'm considering about joining. Problem is, My pc doesn't have a jack which supports my Electra's mic and I'm not going to spend money on buying another mic because a good quality mic in my place costs. Alot..
I normally use Skype on my phone when using voice chats... Sooo is it really required?

I think the TS3 is mainly for the IC dispatch channel, the mic is if you need to speak in it, speaking in the TS3 channel is not needed, unless you're dispatching someone, I think.

The microphone is not really needed. You just need to download&install Team Speak 3. You just need to hear the others, no need to talk.

There isn't any faction that I know of that have microphone as a must. SASD is new, but I doubt you will need a microphone to get in.
