Then I recommend running a full time scan using
Windows Defender, let it detect if there's any malware, spyware, virus, temporary files, cache or files that are of no use just causing space and lag, then delete them permanently. Also try manually deleting what's not in your use anymore and is stored.
Despite that, try this;
-) Click on the search button right on left at the bottom.
-) Now just type 'run' and a desktop application should show up on the start menu.
-) Open it and type 'temp' in it.
-) Now press and hold CTRL + A to copy all the files at once and delete them, some files will not be deleted and an error will pop up, leave them.
